30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

  • Eligibility: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories, free gifts, and manufacturing seals intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Refurbished devices, consumables (brush heads, gels, patches, masks, cartridges, skincare) are non-returnable once shipped.
  • Authorized Purchases: Only purchases made from www.silkn.hk or authorized Silk'n sellers are eligible.
  • Promotions: Keeping any free gifts will result in the deduction of their retail value from the refund.
Return Procedure (RMA)

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.

  1. Request RMA: Contact support@silkn.hk within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Packaging: Carefully package all components in the original box to avoid shipping damage.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item within 14 days of receiving your RMA using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.
Refused Orders & Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders are processed in real-time to ensure fast delivery; therefore, cancellations are generally not possible after an order is confirmed. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refused Orders: If you refuse delivery of your package upon arrival, your refund will be the purchase price minus any shipping costs incurred by Silk'n HK and a 20% handling charge.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the funds.

Note: Shipping, handling, and depreciation fees may be deducted from the refund. Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in damaged or used condition.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience unexpected adverse reactions, please provide medical or authoritative documentation (e.g., doctor’s note). Upon review, Silk'n HK may issue a partial refund, deducting shipping, handling, and depreciation fees. Claims without documentation cannot be granted.

12-Month Limited Warranty

Our warranty covers materials and workmanship defects for 12 months from the date of delivery for the original purchaser.

  • What is covered: Technical defects that occur during normal use.
  • What is excluded: Misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair, water damage, normal wear and tear, or negligence.
  • Process: Submit claims to support@silkn.hk with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  • Limitation of Liability: Silk'n HK's liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the device. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
